Mrs. Voiles is the Mayor’s Executive Assistant and is involved in all matters involving the Mayor’s Office. In addition to providing assistance to the Mayor she functions as liaison between various departments and agencies. She also provides oversight in the day to day operations of the Mayor’s Office as well as assisting persons and other officials of the county with matters related to various operations or functions. Mrs. Voiles also provides support and scheduling for the Mayor and other officers responsible to the Mayor’s Office.

Ms. Harper performs a variety of functions and services to help assist individuals, groups, and organizations in obtaining support for their needs. In addition she is also the person responsible for developing and implementation of special projects from the Mayor’s office. Examples of some of the programs are: the Senior Summit, Litter Grant Program, United Way, Keep America Beautiful as well as oversight of programs assigned by state and federal agencies. Ms. Harper is also involved in the day to day operations of the Mayor’s Office.
