All meetings will be held in the Jefferson County Historic Courthouse, unless otherwise noted. Located at 202 W. Main St. Dandridge, TN 37725.

If a member of the public desires to speak at the meeting, he or she may do so in the manner provided in the Commission’s public input policy.

NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Open Meetings Act (Sunshine Law) found in T.C.A. § 8-44-101 et seq.

The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office located at 214 W. Main St. Dandridge will be open as scheduled until April 20th 2024. Equipment and Supplies will be moved over the weekend and on Monday April 22nd and Tuesday April 23rd to our new location at 760 Justice Center Dr. Ste A. in Dandridge. We anticipate being able to reopen by mid-day on Wednesday April 24th providing all equipment and systems are running properly.

It is our intent to leave our Jefferson City Satellite office located inside Wal-Mart operational as much as possible during this move. However, when our server is moved from one office to the other, it will force our satellite office to close. We will provide real time updates via the County Website and the County Clerk Facebook page during this transition.

We appreciate your understanding during this service disruption and look forward to serving you at 760 Justice Center Dr. Ste A across the street from the Jefferson County Justice Center.
